Kevin Niv Farrow
Kevin Niv Farrow is an incredible healer, meditation teacher and expert in bio-electrical medicine. He has practiced and studied meditation and the bio-electrical system for more than 45 years and the modality he founded in 2000 is now taught in Australia, Asia, USA, the UK and Europe. His knowledge about the body, mind and bio-electrical system is outstanding and he is passionate about sharing his discoveries with the world. Kevin is also recognised for his depth of understanding in both the practical and esoteric elements of meditation and his down to earth way of teaching. He is the author of The Psychology of the Body, Meditation as Medicine, The Wellness Balance Book and Enlighten: Practices for the modern mystic and has produced a seven volume series of guided meditations called enlighten.

Read MoreI was really happily surprised by the quality of this meditation course. Over the years I have done quite some courses and they were all fun, but this one really gave me useful tools. I think this course is great for beginners and you can really deepen your practice when you're more experienced. The things I gained from it: It gave me an easy practice to calm your mind so I could start deepening my practice again. It allowed me to get back to a level which I only reached after 30 days of meditating (during my yoga teacher training) but it also took me further. I experienced centres opening and I was not the only one. What I also found very useful were the explanations on what is happening in your body&mind during meditation. What kind of sensations you can experience in your body during your meditation, what they mean and how to approach them. Other than that Kevin knows a lot so it's very interesting to listen to his knowledge on the subject and he's funny, which kept the course from becoming heavy and and floaty. We had beginners and advanced people in the group and I think everybody got the tools and help to start a really good practice. The talks in between really helped me in understanding where I was at in my meditation journey and sometimes made me aware of things I was doing or experiencing, but not realising. I highly recommend this course to anyone without any doubt, I'm sure you will get a lot out of it. Enjoy :)
