About this Training

The Vagus Nerve is the largest nerve in the body and with the Greek word vagus meaning wanderer, its accurately named given this nerve connects with pretty much everything as it travels throughout the body. The brilliant thing about the vagus nerve is that it can help to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the system that helps our body to calm down and relax, reducing our heart and breathing rates...and doing so many other beneficial things for our body...and basically making us feel good! This training will explain more about this amazing nerve and how it impacts our body and functions, as well as two ways using the body's electrical system to perform a Wellness Balance that will activate the vagus nerve and improve the relaxation response in the body.

    Rochelle Taylor

    Rochelle is Co-Director of AcuEnergetics®, as well as a Senior AcuEnergetics® Practitioner and Teacher. She has long been interested in meditation, which she started as a teenager in the nineties, and continues to practice today. Over the years, her journey has taken her to explore healing and meditation as a means to aid in physical and mental health. She has studied both ancient and mystical meditation practices, as well as more modern meditation techniques, including mindfulness based stress reduction. Rochelle began teaching meditation classes in 2009, first to adults and then later developing classes specifically for new mothers, mother and baby meditation sessions and later, meditation classes especially for children. Rochelle leads the ongoing organisation and development of the global AcuEnergetics® modality, business and community. She co-wrote and produced the Wellness Balance Book and the enlighten meditation series with Kevin Niv Farrow. Rochelle also developed Free Little Minds - a meditation APP just for children and spoken by children - in order to make meditation more relatable for children.

    Kevin Niv Farrow

    Kevin Niv Farrow is an incredible healer, meditation teacher and expert in bio-electrical medicine. He has practiced and studied meditation and the bio-electrical system for more than 45 years and the modality he founded in 2000 is now taught in Australia, Asia, USA, the UK and Europe. His knowledge about the body, mind and bio-electrical system is outstanding and he is passionate about sharing his discoveries with the world. Kevin is also recognised for his depth of understanding in both the practical and esoteric elements of meditation and his down to earth way of teaching. He is the author of The Psychology of the Body, Meditation as Medicine, The Wellness Balance Book and Enlighten: Practices for the modern mystic and has produced a seven volume series of guided meditations called enlighten.
